Korea Youth Summit 2026 Highlights Youth Leadership and Cultural Exchange

Young leaders from across the world gathered in Seoul for Korea Youth Summit 2026, a four-day international forum filled with cultural exchange, leadership discussions, and global collaboration. Discover the highlights of the event.

SEOUL, SOUTH KOREAYouth Break the Boundaries (YBB) successfully organized the Korea Youth Summit (KYS) 2026 in Seoul, South Korea, on February 6–9, 2026. The international youth forum brought together delegates from various countries to exchange ideas and strengthen global leadership capacity.

Participants engaged in discussions, cultural exchange, and collaborative activities throughout the program. The summit also provided opportunities for young leaders to build international networks and broaden their perspectives on global cooperation.

Global Peace Youth (GPY) Korea joined the program as one of the official partners of Korea Youth Summit 2026. The partnership supported cross-cultural cooperation among youth from different countries. It also promoted shared values and global solidarity among participants.

Day One – Welcoming and Orientation

The first day began with the arrival of delegates in Seoul. The organizing committee provided airport assistance to support the participants’ arrival. Delegates then completed registration and initial orientation. The day concluded with a gathering and briefing session.

During the briefing, organizers introduced the program agenda and objectives. Delegates had the opportunity to get to know each other. This session helped participants begin building international connections. A collaborative atmosphere quickly formed among the delegates.

Day Two – City Exploration and Academic Experience

The second day offered learning experiences outside the classroom. Delegates joined a city exploration activity in several areas of Seoul. Through this activity, they observed the social and cultural life of South Korea. The experience allowed participants to better understand the local environment.

The agenda continued with a campus visit to Korea University. The university is known as one of South Korea’s leading higher education institutions. Delegates learned about the academic environment and education system. The visit provided insight into global academic opportunities.

Day Three – Intellectual Exchange and Cultural Celebration

The third day became the main highlight of the summit. Delegates participated in panel discussions about youth leadership and global challenges. Topics included cultural diversity and the role of youth in global development. Participants actively exchanged ideas and perspectives.

The program continued with culture project presentations from each group. Delegates presented innovative ideas reflecting their creativity and cultural backgrounds. The event also featured cultural performances from different delegations. These activities celebrated diversity among participants.

The day concluded with an awarding ceremony recognizing outstanding delegates. In the Best Idea Innovation (Senior Level) category, first place went to Group 8 consisting of Nikautapu Vaeau Maka, Ibanez Wallahb Waru, Tumaisasa'e Natapu Junior Tu'ulima, Petra Priscilla Chanchui, Giorgia Marie Leaoseve, Malieoleavatuliaupupu Paea, Fa'ati-Caroline Tautele, Kimora-Lee Iakopo, Paityn Hineora Ngaroma Aroha Smith, Terangi Rose Emma-Jane Parima, and Swanie Tania Nelson. Second place was awarded to Group 6 with Nuris Fajril Rubi Alfarizi and Shahra Habiba Abuhasan. Third place went to Flor María Galván Sánchez from Group 4.

In the Junior Level, first place went to Group 5 with Tiara Pramuditha Manzha, Khadija Ait Faska, Abdullaev Farrukhbek, and Le Nguyet Minh. Second place was awarded to Group 7 consisting of Vira Nessa Alya, Athira Calista Auliarahmi, Niyan Rengganis, and Aimee Princessa Andayu Prasetyo. Third place went to Group 2 with Darel Nazmi Medion, Muhammad Haidar Naufal Al Amien, and Carolina Sampieri Carmona.

Additional awards were also presented. Best Group was awarded to Group 7. Best Leader went to Le Nguyet Minh, while Best Participant was awarded to Carolina Sampieri Carmona. Best Presenter awards went to Raisha Zaman, Aimee Princessa Andayu Prasetyo, and Abdullaev Farrukhbek. Best Content Creator was awarded to Raisha Zaman and Abdullaev Farrukhbek, while Best Costume went to Carolina Sampieri Carmona and Muhammad Haidar Naufal Al Amien.

Day Four – Reflection and Farewell

The final day was dedicated to reflection. Delegates participated in a postcard writing session to express memories and messages from the program. They also shared hopes for the future and friendships formed during the summit. The activity served as a meaningful closing moment.

Participants realized that the connections built during the summit would continue beyond the program. The four-day gathering created friendships across national and cultural boundaries. These relationships are expected to grow in the future. Many delegates expressed interest in future collaboration.

Korea Youth Summit 2026 demonstrated how international youth forums can strengthen collaboration among young leaders worldwide. The program encouraged participants to continue building global partnerships beyond the summit.(*)
