TIMES HONGKONG, BONTANG – After closing their business for about 4 months during the pandemic, Bintang Sintuk Hotel of Bontang, East Kalimantan reopened their hotel a week ago. This was due to government regulation allow them operated during this new normal regulation.

The hotel applies high Covid-19 protocol standard to ensure their guests safety and comfortability. They have trained their staff and employees well to welcome this moment.

“We equipped them with face shield, mask, gloves and told them to minimize all physical contact with the guests,” Manager Marketing Bintang Sintuk Hotel, Deni said on Friday (12/06/2020) 

They also asked every of their guest to wear a mask, wash their hand before entering the hotel and do it as often as possible especially when they just happened to go to a public area. They also put hand sanitizer in every corner of their hotel for their guests.

“Those guests from out of town should show their health certification from the local government to be able to stay at our hotel, and their body temperature will be checked before entering the hotel or when the left,” he added.

Meanwhile, the Bintang Sintuk Hotel, Bontang, East Kalimantan has a very interesting package to stay. With IDR 900 K per night you could have a superior room and breakfast for two. Sadly, their public facilities such as pool and golf court hasn’t been reopened due to this pandemic. (*)
